Saints Open Rookie Minicamp


The New Orleans Saints will conduct five practices during Rookie Minicamp starting with two practices on Friday, May 11, two on Saturday, May 12 and concluding on Sunday, May 13 with one practice.

The roster of those participating (see below) will include a mix of eligible Saints veterans (players that have not amassed an accrued NFL season), rookie draft picks, rookie free agents and veteran and rookie tryout players.

WOW .... finally some football news this offseason, hopefully someone here posts some articles to anything that happens for us out of towners if the Saints even allow any media to cover it

so nice to start talking football. alot of rookie invites were added. wonder if we have any gems in the bunch

I would be willing to bet that there is at least one. Every year we seem to find that one player that shocks and surprises the coaches and fans. We actually need a couple to pop up this year.

Good to see that Romeus is participating, he's one I'd like to hear something about

noticed that brian brohm is on the mini camp roster. did'nt he have plenty of trys everywhere else,

Flynn beat him out with the Packers but thats about it, I really thought Brohm would of made it in the NFL

I missed that one.

Hicks number isn't listed on the official site but he relinquished #92 to Ayodele. I think he's #76.

Is anybody familiar with these players? I know that there will be a couple of players from IR last year.

i am starting to poke around the list a bit. but just looking at the list the players are big!
