now for the funny part of this
on April 6, 2009 he became at the time the richest TE in the NFL. six-year, $36.1 million includes $20.1 million in guarantees. With incentives, the deal could grow to $42.1 million BUT......... Winslow is due $3.3 million, $4.5 million, and $5.5 million, with no guarantees, i would probably wait to see if they cut him first. http://miami.cbslocal.com/2012/05/21...en-winslow-jr/ |

I would like to have signed Clark to keep him away from TB. I think he'll really help them. I'd definitely like to add Winslow if the price is right. I'm always for adding big, physical targets for the soon to be signed (fingers crossed) Drew Brees.

Well, there goes that...
![]() The 'Hawks only gave up a "conditional" pick for Winslow, which does reiterate the fact that teams were not willing to pay a high price for him with all of the uncertainties surrounding his health. |
