I don't like the Osi trade JUST because I wanna see what Jordan, Romeus and Gallette do under spags. I'm picturing good things.

Word.... when I first heard about Osi being available I was excited then I sat back and thought about it......do we really want to over pay for Osi because yea he says you won't have to restructure his deal THIS year but once the season is over he's gonna want a s*** load of cash. He's aging...kinda injury prone, and very expensive. Plus you have to take into account some other guys we might have to pay next season as well (JIMMY GRAHAM) plus the s*** load of money that we have to pay Brees.

If Loomis is struggling now with making sure we stay under the cap and pay our best players.....imagine the nightmare of trying to pay Osi in the offseason....u think we're frustrated as a fan base now with Brees vs Saints....imagine big mouth Osi vs Saints....at least Brees for the most part has held his tounge and when he has expressed frustration did it in a professional manner....doubt you'll get that from Osi.

I say let Spags see what these young guys have. Spags MADE Osi what he is and if he didn't beg for a trade for Osi the minute he was available maybe he figures he can turn Romeus & Gallete into the next Tuck & Osi or at least a poor mans version which... lets be honest... is still better than what we had these past few seasons.
