They were getting restless and I think the NFLPA panicked because they didn't want a lot of players turning on the union for dragging it out....but I agree with you tho.....they should have fought harder for it... the owners would have cracked believe me....they want to make their money just as much if not more than the players do.
Which is why NOW is the perfect time for a strike. If ever there was a time when players were collectively feeling the pinch of an all-powerful Roger Goodell, NOW is that time.
