Top 100 (Mods - do what you see fit)
Im late with my rant on the Top 100. But this time, I see some glaring problems. P. Rivers in the 60's after throwing a couple dozen int's. A.J. Green had an amazing rookie year. But it doesn't add up. J. Vilma is amazing. And Mike Vick.
All graded better than Darren Sproles. The way you know this list is jacked is that they graded Vilma 30 spots better than Sproles. I can see if only 13 or 14 teams could grade Sproles in his new offense, but the same number of teams played Vilma last year, probably less since he was injured. A petition needs to be drafted. D. Sproles should be in the Top 20 if not the Top 10. Period. [Mods - merge with my original - sorry - WhoDat!] |

imho Vilma shouldn't even be on the list in the first place. He had an off year last year and missed several games due to injury.
Sproles should be higher for sure. If Colston doesn't make the list, we will know just how bogus the list is. Colston made the list last year in the 50's and he had a better 2011 than 2010 even while missing two games with a broken collarbone. Maybe we should just all ignore the list? |

come on this is the new orleans saints we are talking about, We still get no respect from the NFL or sports writers. one super bowl is not enough to gain their respect.
we are a small market team so they will do what ever they can to keep us down. We do not generate enough money as super bowl champions to be awarded respect. |

Are you talking about that short attention span countdown thingy on NFL
Network? That show could be so good, and I could even live with their full-of- sh**ness, if it was just visually better. First they need to shoot and kill everyone on the editing staff under 40. This will eliminate all the bullsh** visuals from the SpongeBob generation. (I blame SpongeBob & modern cartoons for the short attention spans of young people today.) #2: Eliminate all GRAPHICS and EFFECTS. NONE! ZERO! Im sick to death of everything looking like a video-game nightmare. #3: Talking heads. We dont need them. Especially stupid comedians, celebrities, and other living buttplugs. And sportswriters: kill them off too. Lets keep it coaches, players, and former players. When you watch a classic NFL Films presentation, did you get all these ignorant pop up people in the middle of a Jim Brown run? HELL NO. You had Jim Brown running, symphony music playing, and the Voice of God narrating. THATS ALL YOU NEED. Football sells football. I dont need graphics, comedians, pop-up jokes, heavy metal, wild confusing backgrounds. Just FOOTBALL. Somebody please tell them to ditch all the short attention span crap and show me FOOTBALL. |
