Why do I keep reading this line on several articles??? Did we not try to make him the highest paid QB twice??

It says Brees is a good holdout candidate bc he is a hard-line union guy? He Is the face of the union that signed a CBA that includes franchise tags, but obviously he wont play under the tag?
