I'm a little biased. So I'm picking the Saints.

Rbs- Definitely Saints Wrs- Wash Tes- Definitely NE O Line- Wash Saints for the obvious reason. We can run the ball better which makes us more dynamic. |
Well theres
RB's = Yes Saints because its proven. But Patriots have a decent line up. WRs = WE might be even this year. Seriously Welker, Branch, Lloyd ( we all know Donte’ Stallworth is a bust), gaffney. TE= Im not going to give Patriots this. Graham catches anything, but Gronk runs better after the catch. I was schooled on Hernz vs Davids so maybe they have us on that. But Graham and Gronk are even in my book. Different skill sets. OL = pretty even considering we don't know how we will perform. QB = Brady is better. He was up with Brees in stats last year, less interceptions. |

I'm not even going to open it, if you are saying. Based on now??? It would be New England, they have Brady. We have Chase.
No need to look any further than that! |
If SP wasn't suspended, and Brees was signed, this would be a no brainer and we'd win easily. That being said, I still think in overall production our offense will continue to hum right along like the well oiled machine it is. That is as long as Brees signs and plays.

Saints are better at WR and RB Patriots get more from the TE position Both are very good at QB and OL Overall a slight edge to the Saints, probably because of the versatility and not relying on so few players. Saints scored 2.1 more points per game, had 39 more yards per game, passed for 263 more yards and ran for 363 more yards. Turnovers are about equal (NE 17; NO 19). Looking ahead New England may (or may not) be able to surpass the Saints offense in 2012, adding Brandon Lloyd, Jabar Gaffney, Daniel Fells as a 3rd TE, etc., but to do so they'll need to get good production from one or both of their 2nd-year running backs. |
