For the locals, are there other conspicuous locations around the dome and downtown area that might prove suitable, say around the intersection of Poydras and Loyola as an example?

How about a picture of a crawfish, nice a red (like Roger) and boiled with a caption that reads:

"Hey Roger! Suck on This!"

maybe there is a contract which will allow for longer use at a lesser price instead of just for the superbowl. I'm in. I will be thinking of a caption. Maybe something with the theme of "wanted" in it.

The press will be blanketing the city for a week before the big game. They'll find it just about anywhere you put it. And he'll know.
