Try on the way in from the NO International airport. The try almost anything on the I -10 where you sit in traffic to head to the Dome.
Also, on Tulane or surrounding areas heading into the Dome.
CBS interactive probably owns some billboards around too.

A buddy of mine from college started this site... essentially you set the amount of money you need, and every individual can sign up with their credit card information, but nothing is charged until the threshold dollar amount is reached. Might be useful for this.

We need someone local so that we can ensure the right location, etc...I think we have enough of us to cover the expense.

Good, we should have pleanty of soliders on the ground in NOLA for this. let's do this.. I want my money seen on NATIONAL TV. I saw a lot of good this from quotes on here. So whatever we do I'm sure it is going to get attention.

Seriously, try crowdtilt.com. Everybody who is interested can put money in, but card won't get charged until the goal has been reached. This is a perfect use for it.

Maybe we should just hire somebody to fly circles around the dome with a "Roger Sucks Donkey Balls" banner before every home game. You gotta know that'd make TV.

Seriously, I'm with Saintfan about the plane pulling a banner if we can't get a bill board.
Something besides Free Payton. We need something fresh that will get attention from the press. If we've gotta' go with Donkey Balls then so be it. I have money burning a hole in my pocket. I'm in.

Surely someone knows a pilot that would be willing to get national attention pulling that banner.
