If there was pay for "whacks" or whatever, which whacks and what were the results? Again, I will say it 1000000 times, *Pay-for-Performance is NOT* the same as a Bounty scheme. Although Pay-For-Performance is illegal in the NFL, Goodell and the NFL made it PERFECTLY CLEAR they were sending the Vilma and the Saints down the river for a Bounty scheme.
