... put it to bed? What else is Panther-Nation gonna' talk about? Cam Newton being overrated? His outstanding ProBowl performance? Their one offensive threat in Steve Smith? I would think these guys would be a little more grateful to the Saints for providing them with topic for their boards ... god knows their own team don't do it, preseason, during the season or offseason ... just sayin'.

Newton is one of the players I'm going to pay special attention to this season to see if he's going to live up to the hype ... I like Beason & Edwards are back from injury and the Panthers drafted that kid (LB) out of Boston College, but it's still not going to be enough to slow down the Saints offense. It will be a tougher game then last season, though ... I agree with that. |

although for a possible topic of discussion they can go to why all 90's era sports expansion teams had to be named for cats.... |

As bad as that is, be thankful the NFL doesn't have any of the stupid names like other pro sports leagues use, i.e. heat, fire, thunder, and others I can't even come up with atm.
