Try not to speak too soon. Don't forget, the Saints have to play those Kitty Cats and Cam Newton in the second week of the season, in Charlotte.

Newton will have an entire season under his belt, and their best defensive players (including Beason) will be back. That's going to be a tough game!

The only reason the litter-box kids have had ANY success against the Saints is because we play them late in the season and we are resting players.

I guarantee you their isn't a player on the Panthers team that would want to play the Saints with HFA on the line!!!

The Saints would drop them faster than 3rd period French!

I just want to kick the Sh** out of every team this year. Hold that damn thing up at the end of the year, and give a big screw you to Rodger.

Until July 17th rolls around, I'm still under the assumption Drew will be signed...

I wish we could put this whole off season to bed.

IDK, I know you never look past an opponent, but I'm pretty confident in saying the Panthers will be battling with Tampa Bay for that third spot in the NFC South ... and I'll give 'em the edge over TB because of Newton ... their first four games are TB, NO, NYG & ATL ... ouch! ... if they can come away 2-2 with wins over TB/ATL, they'll be doing good, but more then likely, they'll be 1-3 and won't be beating NO or the Giants this season.

Newton is one of the players I'm going to pay special attention to this season to see if he's going to live up to the hype ... I like Beason & Edwards are back from injury and the Panthers drafted that kid (LB) out of Boston College, but it's still not going to be enough to slow down the Saints offense.

It will be a tougher game then last season, though ... I agree with that.
