What he did to opposing QBs in 2009 was far more painful than anything the defense did. Betcha Brady wished he could have been carted off so he didn't have to watch the 4th qtr from the sideline. And now Drew wants to be paid for the pain he inflicted.

I would think the significance of Drew knowing would be that he is the team player's rep. and is suppose to be looking out for the safety of not only his teammates but all players league-wide.

Brees gets paid millions to be aware of his surroundings at all times on a football field, and notice things that the untrained eye can't notice.

Anyone thinks Brees didn't know what was going on (or AT LEAST had a hunch about it) is kidding themselves.

complete BS. He had no idea of a pay to injure program. Anyone that believes that hasn't been studying Brees at all. He's not morally capable of that kind of deception or wrong doing, and would admit his mistake if he make it. Just look at him when he says he didn't know, he's not lying.
