N/B - Who are your favorite camp longshots?
I'm looking forward to seeing WR Chris Givens and TE Jake Byrne in camp.
I'm also reading a lot more about that OT we picked that looked like a practice squadder at best, but was getting rave reviews during OTA's (in shorts of course) Also, one of those UDFA RB's may supplant Ivory for that last RB spot. I like Ivory but the staff may have finally had enough of Mr Glass. Who are your favorite longshots? |

I like this Jerico Nelson kid the safety from Arkansas
and while not really a longshot I'm interested to see how Corey White performs since all the "experts" say it was a wasted draft pick... |

DE - Braylon Broughton TCU. Might not be a longshot, but intriguing nonetheless
LB - Aaron Tevis Boise St. I dog Boise State players. Until they succeed in the NFL DL - Tyrunn Walker Tulsa. May be overshadowed in the NFL OT - Aderious Simmons Ariz St. More of a project than building a successful levee system OT - Dan Hoch Mizzou. Read this guy is loony. May be just what we need. KR - Laron Scott GA Southern. Sproles on the sideline for k/o's? Me likey! |

I'll have to wait to see how the pre-season shakes out. Hoping for a TE and an OT.

The belly on that OT should be in a slim fast commercial. Or as an example of how not to be ashamed om my BMI. Would like to see White show he can be a replacement and be better than Porter and to see a real bruser of a running back for goal line work and short yardage that is unstoppable. Not in preseason but on that first regular game I would like to see Spags come out as head coach without telling anyone and bring this Superbowl home letting all the doubters and haters that jumped on the bus with Roger eat some real crow.
