Injunction on what grounds?
The judge will likely look at this as an item that should be covered under the Employee Non-Descrimination Act. Since it is actually an issue between an employee and his employer. Unless he can prove discrimination based on race, gender, or disability, i do not see a judge taking action on this. Employment Non-Discrimination Act - Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia Louisiana is an "at will" employment state. Employment at Will In Louisiana "at will" for anyone bound by a CBA that person has to follow the CBA. Since Vilma was suspended BEFORE the Slander/Defamation suit was filed, I do not see how a Judge could correlate the two. If the Suit was filed first then Vilma was suspended then he can probably marry the two issues. |
