I doubt the above statement. I think Changing the rules to make the game more like flag football will push fans away or watching the NFL and Players bicker over how to spread the billions of dollars they rake in.I think most common sense people understand that in a physical sport you ar egoing to have injuries and that is the risk that has to be accepted. |

WAKE UP!!!!!!! It is serious enough that I think the players should strike. They should simply refuse to show up at camp, collateral damage be damned, because, whatever the price for such a tactic, it is far less expensive in short term than to allow Roger Goodell's ego to continue to destroy this game over the next decade. And if left in place, that is precisely what he will do! |

Hey! Make sure you don't disrespect the Shreveport Pirates! I was President of the official fan club, The Armada. The Pirates even have an entry in the Pro Football Hall of Fame. Those were three awesome years. I met many very good people in the game and will never forget any of it. To this day I have many unique Pirate memorabilia including a CFL football signed by Forrest Gregg, the NFL great, who was the coach.
