2011 New Orleans Saints Yearbook: Front Seven
The 2011 Saints defense weren't particularly special, but there were plenty of moments that showcased the talent that is there. There were plenty of big hits that dislodged the ball, and good defensive stands that ended crucial drives. Greg Williams' defense was a pressure machine, and they were exceptionally stout in the redzone and 3rd downs. The yards allowed per game were largely misleading, this was a good defense when it mattered most(excluding the playoffs). They finished 4th in the NFC in ppg and total points allowed(13th overall).

There is some talent there. How much depends on what our new D coordinator can do. Most of our boys have the size.
