How will the NFL monitor SP to insure that he has abdolutely zero communication with anyone from the nfl? I mean are they goin to tap his phone and email accounts? If he wanted he and vitt could create anonymous gmail accounts and no kne would ever know.
Personally, I think that ruling almost borderson violation of constitutional rights. I don't think anyone outside a legal court should be able to tell me who i can abd can't talk to.

From the initial ruling I started laughing because there is no way to keep them from communicating. The NFL doesn't have it's own Patriot act.

If they hack personal phones or emails sent from homes somebody is going to jail.

They can't tap personal emails or phones... that is a Federal Law.

But lets same some knuckle head calls SP from a Company phone or Company email then those aren't subject to Federal Law because its the companies... ie Saints and NFL. They would have access and can check those. But all it takes is one person to make a mistake. Heck even if Vitt wants the job permenately could forward an email to RG and its all over for SP.

Remember SP has to ask for reinstatement which is no garentee it will be approved.
