You are correct about Sean Payton as well. Getting them both was the Key factor in the change.

That maybe because the League changed some details for blackouts this year. I think its no longer a sell out required but 85 percent...

Colts, Bills, Chargers, and Miami are saying they may not participate in the new rule keeping 100% as the standard.
