this is a discussion within the Saints Community Forum; I'm sure the Saints want to see Graham do it for more than 1 year before they give him a mega deal. TE mega deals aren't absurd and once he proves himself again, it shouldn't be an issue getting done. ...

I'm sure the Saints want to see Graham do it for more than 1 year before they give him a mega deal. TE mega deals aren't absurd and once he proves himself again, it shouldn't be an issue getting done. The parameters have already been set with Gronk's deal.

7/28/2010: Signed a four-year, $2.455 million contract. The deal included a $665,140 signing bonus. 2012: $540,000, 2013: $575,000, 2014: Free Agent we can look at it next year |

This is a cap friendly deal.. yes 40 mil the first year however 37mil of that is the signing bonus.
1st year cap impact for drew is 10mil 2nd year is 15mil... Dont know why so many of you doubt Mickey, just let him work his magic and enjoy some football. |
