Still think this guy is going to be a great player for us
From the tape it shows what saints coaches have been saying about him Great hands Knows how to get open Tough/physical over the middle receiver Plays the ball in the air very well Soon as drew gets in a rhythm with him, watch out! |

I like the way he plays the ball and is not a receiver who hopes it hits him in the numbers. Excellent awareness of the sidelines also. Good catch and tuck.

This dude may have been a steal in the 4th round. He'll only look better with Drew throwing the ball to him.

Drew has made more with less talent. This guy is going to be a big time player. Devery's days may be numbered

On paper he doesn't have a lot of upside but who knows..a lot of good receivers didn't have blazing speed or superior strength. What they often did have though was a great QB. From that video, most of those catches are going to be much easier to grab with Brees. I think he will be a solid possesion reciever.

Like I've said before... My old lady is from Madison so I've watched PLENTY of Wisconsin games and the one observation that we both made about Nick is that he plays just like Colston! That's something that we haven't had lately. Just imagine... Colston, Moore, Toon, Henderson, Graham and Sproles all on the field at the same time! There's no way to stop that!!

The player has talent. But give him a chance. He is at Year 0. We will, I am sure, enjoy his development.
