I love it when the 'experts' already count us out!!

If Brees gets anywhere within 200 yds of another 5K passing season...

The city of New Orleans breathed a sigh of relief on Friday (the 13th, no less), when Drew Brees and the Saints agreed to a long-term deal that will keep him in the Bayou for another five years. That means this team will be dangerous enough offensively to compete in the division. Without Brees in the fold, the Saints could well have become this year's version of the 2011 Colts.

That's more common sense thinking than some of the folks on here.
I'm hoping that Toon and White turn out to be first and second round talent.
These are hopefully the gems we find later in the draft that the coaches seem to consistently find and develop quickly.

When you look at CB effectiveness, things like passes thrown at his direction, catches, et cetera - Greer's numbers are impressive...

We were vulnerable up the middle...

Linebacker play should be a vast improvement and have an effect on the game...

Can we get a pass rush is the only legit criticism...

Sure would like to give a big Schiott Sandwich for those idiots to choke down...

I hope every "entertainment sports" representative puts us at 9-7..

Gives the boys something to fight for. Hopefully distracts them from a missing coach, suspended players, and all the other crap that went on this off season.
