I think you can get off Beastmode. Sounds like it's in Judge Decision Mode for now probably until tomorrow.

Wish they would list the concerns.

If the judge finds the concerns overwhelming enough from these cases:

Could the current CBA be vacated due to the way it is written?

Interesting turn...basically on the eve of the season.

Legal pundits are saying that the Judge is saying the NFL over-stepped their bounds (LEGALLY) on the Appeal. She's saying that Goodell should NEVER have been Judge at the hearing and arbitrator at the Appeal.

THIS IS HUGE FOR ALL THE REST OF ALL THE CASES! Not just this restraining order.
