The court (Judge) is having Jurisdictional issues because Ginsberg wouldn't allow Vilma to complete the appeal hearings set forth in the CBA.
In essence Vilma defaulted the appeal with the NFL. If she awards this injuction/restraining order it might over rule unfairly what the NFL might have done under the CBA... but we do not know for fact what they would have done because Vilma walked out of the thing. |
