He may be finished. I think it\'s time for Joe to retire.

It\'s too bad he left... not so much for us, but for himself. Say what you will, the guy was good when he was in NO, and with fellow downlinemen of Howard and Glover, our line could have been dominant for a long time without all this rebuilding and the mistakes.

If Haz could go back and change one personnel decision, I think it would be either keeping Glover and letting Johnson go, or matching GB\'s offer for Johnson.
Who knows if Johnson would have gotten hurt if he stayed here.

I think I remember he actually admitted his worst mistake was Glover, and then Mark Fields during an interview last year with Wilkerson.

Oh well, hindsight is 20-20.

I\'d have to say that Haz\'s (and Meuller/Loomis) worst personnell mistakes were...
1. Choosing to keep Johnson over Glover
2. Then losing Johnson anyway
3. Albert Connell
4. David Sloan (although Sloan regressed)
5. Mark Fields

I don\'t think Roaf or Turley were mistakes, considering the circumstances around them.
