Agree, things will likely be shaky at first. I look at it like this, if a Col or a Major in the military have to step out and rely on lower level officers to take care of things it's usually not a problem.

Odds are they will make mistakes but eventually learn from those mistakes and probably improve it better than it was before since they are more open to suggestions and willing to try different approaches.

I think this is what we will see at first. Mistakes, corrections, and then back on course for the playoffs. What I'm concerned about is if we do make the playoffs there could be a problem with them all staying in their respected lanes. I think that will be the biggest challenge. Let's hope they decide early that whoever is in charge at the time is in charge period.
