World Bowl to Have Louisiana Flavor
GELSENKIRCHEN, GERMANY -- Regardless of the outcome of today's NFL Europe World Bowl, Louisiana will boast a winner.
Former LSU quarterback Rohan Davey, in his third season with the New England Patriots and the starter for the Berlin Thunder, will square off against the Saints' J.T. O'Sullivan, of the Frankfurt Galaxy, in the title game at the Arena AufSchalke. Davey won the NFL Europe MVP award this week, confirming his status as the league's most potent offensive weapon and arguably one of the best in its 12-season history. By contrast, O'Sullivan carries a heavy heart along with the hopes of the Galaxy, having lost his father to cancer two weeks ago. http://www.nola.com/saints/t-p/index...3723181890.xml [Edited on 12/6/2004 by saintfan] |

Yeah... Lewis had a good game, looked good. I give ya JT and I think Lewis could make the team but not over crowell. Crowell could be a sleeper for us...

World Bowl to Have Louisiana Flavor
1. Joe Horn
2.Donte Stallworth 3.Jerome Pathon (maybe traded) 4.Derrick Lewis 5. Germaine Crowell 6. Devry Henderson (could elevate 4th) ( replace the beerman on ST) 7. Talman Gardner (He will compete against Crowell or make the practice squad) 8.Micheal Lewis (traded or release) Saint will carry only 5 on active roster If pathon is not traded Crowell chances of making the team is not likely (IMHOP) -Donte competing against Joe Horn for #1 -pathon will be traded and replaced w/Derrick Lewis #3 -Crowell have to prove that he healthy, a reliable reciever, out perform Talman Gardner & Pathon is traded #4 -Devery henderson will be groomed to replace Horn next year#5 (if he show reliable hand # 4 - Talman Gardner must show better improvement catching the ball or he will be released and Michael Lewis will have the last position in other words *Crowell* will only make the team if Pathon is traded or Gardner is released [Edited on 13/6/2004 by ami2kind4words] [Edited on 14/6/2004 by ami2kind4words] |

gardner will be a practice squad guy again
i think you guys are selling pathon a little short, i really don\'t see derrick lewis beating him out this year, depending on how healthy crowell is derick might beat him out but i kinda doubt it with them uping the number of practice squad members his year maybe derrick finds a place there |
