Per WWL.
Got the text just now. Someone should be held accountable for the false report. NEW ORLEANS -- Louisiana State Police investigators have found no evidence that the New Orleans Saints or general manager Mickey Loomis rigged Superdome wiring so opposing coaches' radio communications could be intercepted. "This has been an intensive investigation, and after numerous interviews we have determined that there is no evidence that state laws have been violated," State Police Col. Mike Edmonson said Monday after meeting with Saints owner Tom Benson in New Orleans to brief him on the status of the probe. No evidence of New Orleans Saints wiretapping, say police - NFL.com Thanks for the link QB. Last edited by papz; 08-13-2012 at 04:17 PM.. |

Re: State police find no evidence of wire tapping
SOSDD. In the NFL a player would get 15 yards for piling on!
The dirtbag who reported this nonsense, walks the streets with no consequence. There is no justice to smearing a persons good name. NOTE; see VILMA vs. NFL as another great example. Ok, meh I will calm down now! |

Re: State police find no evidence of wire tapping
I'm glad to hear this news. What I read last week lead me to believe the investigation would continue, which wouldn't be good. If this proves the allegations were 100% false, AT VERY LEAST, ESPN needs to report as such, and issue a public apology...If not more!!!

Good question. Did ESPN report on this?
