Everyone has their opinions but let me tell you who is number one, I crunched the BCS Numbers threw out the strength of schedule and here we go this is going to be fun.

Improved: Atlanta (Vick Factor; Speedy D\'s Kill)

Bill Parcell\'s ( I hate them so much and it\'s painful for me to say)

Jacksonville and Houston ( Not much improvement necessary, but yr. wiser)

Fall Off: Tampa Bay Bucs ( I hate how every year they are paper champions)

Carolina ( One Year Wonder)

DOLPHINS (Ricky needs to come visit me :) I would have said this even with ricky, but no QB\'s, NO RB, Half a WR, they trying to be the worse team in the NFL)

AT LEAST SAN DIEGO HAS LT, HE\'S THE OVERHYPED DADDY

Best Team : The LSU Tigres, NFL lucky they dont have to play them
Let\'s go with LSU North ( Patriots for anyone not understanding, ask Pak)
They didnt really lose much, in fact they have a pure RB now and Bill Bel, is a Saban and Tiger Fan..

Of course, I have to say the Saints..... With the most explosive Offense, and as much as I bashed Brooks in the past, I want everyone to make note of this now, this is his year. 2004 Saints will be special and definitely fun to watch. Deuce For President!!!


Worst Team: It would be easy for me to say the Chargers but I believe Miami has to be the most suspect now. You have 2 career backups fighting for a starting job with no one to hand the ball to and definitely no one to catch it. At least they have Sammy Knight and he should be able to help them cope with the losing, he had alot of practice over here.
