3 most improved teams: Arizona, Washington, Houston (should all move up to around or just above .500 mark)

3 teams that will drop: Tennessee, Carolina, St Louis (the door is almost closed on TN and STL, CAR luck only lasts so long a la 2001 Bears)

1 team from nowhere: toss up between Arizona and NYG

best team: Indianapolis assuming I can\'t say the Saints

worst team: does it really get any worse than San Diego????

New Orleans Saints :) (yep - this is the year boys), just in case I\'ll say that 1a is New England.. again.

Arizona or Chicago

SD and Detroit have playmakers. They\'ll get better. AZ and CHI are still terrible IMO.

(I would say Houston, but they were so close last year that only modest improvement could put them into the playoffs, so I don\'t think \"most\" applies)

3 Teams that will drop off the most: St Louis, Green Bay, Tennessee

1 team that will come out of nowhere to make the playoffs: Cleveland

Best team: Saints

Worst Team: Chargers

This is only in W/L-totals. I don\'t think the Falcons or Jets are much improved, but they get their starting QBs back and that alone will help them out a lot.
