Draft pick or not, Loomis and our organization responds faster than almost any team in the NFL. Kudos to the front office!!

I can reach down right now and pick up a piece of dust on the floor real quick too. At this point I want Merriman. He has more potential to revitalize his career here. If he is healthy and doesn't want a ton of money I don't see much of a down side.

The Saints need pure LBs. Merriman is not that good at pure LB. He made his claim to fame in SD rushing the passer off a 3-4. Not a really good fit here.
