Make reservations to dine at Emeril's one of the nights. Avoid ACME oyster house. You'll spend an hour standing in line to have raw oysters that taste just like any raw oyster. Go to Bourbon House which is next door instead. Rickey and Leo at the oyster bar can shuck them as well as anyone. Get Leo to shuck some behind his back for you. At night, start at Pat Obriens with a hurricane and then bar hop up the street toward Canal. On Bourbon Street, stay between Canal and St Ann. If you like sushi, hit Rock and Sake on Fulton, near the convention center. Make sure you have lunch somewhere on Bourbon Street on game day because that's where all the action will be.

The Bourbon House is great. I loved the oysters fonseca more than a man should love his food.
