Vilma's restaurant - Do Not Serve Goodell
Sign at Vilma's restaurant says not to serve Goodell
We don't imagine too many restaurants around the country would deny NFL Commissioner Roger Goodell a meal. Then again, how many restaurants do you know of are owned by someone who despises Goodell? http://i.usatoday.net/communitymanag...ignx-large.jpg |

I'm glad it's not just us. I've never seen anyone as universally disliked. I can't believe none of the voodoo shops have little roger goodell dolls complete with pins yet. Seems that would be a popular item.

They should serve him. How unfair is that? People will be standing in line to spit in his food.

They need to add another sign to his restaurant: WE DO NOT SERVE EMPLOYEES OF http://cdn0.hark.com/images/000/000/...7/original.jpg Since HBO edited the Gleason piece they made, they can be served (for now). |
Re: Vilma's restaurant - Do Not Serve Goodell
I just was watching ESPN and they said Vilma is part ownerof that restaurant. Vilma needs to careful with some if these things it can't be helping him.

Look, Goodell has put himself in a hole. Even if people believed in Bountygate, they generally could care less about Goodell, so they would laugh it off and go in for a meal. |

And yes like screw Espn as well |
Re: Vilma's restaurant - Do Not Serve Goodell
Maybe it was D.J. Williams' idea - Goodhell just suspended him as well for six games and he's a co-owner.
I'm gonna put that sign on my office front door - I sell business phone systems but it's still funny... |

Goodell isn’t welcome at restaurant owned by Jonathan Vilma and D.J. Williams | ProFootballTalk
This is from a a comment posted after the article: "I think many of you are missing the point. It’s not about vilma being a baby or trying to stick it to Goodell. This is marketing 101. These players are all new owners to this restaurant and one of them happens to be making national news due to the bounty scandal. This gives the restaurant and owners a very unique opportunity. Free national advertisement. Brilliant idea!" He makes a good point. Just how many of you even knew Vilma had a restaurant somewhere? And would this prompt you to go support it as a consequence of this buffoonery of Goodell's kangaroo court? |
