I started watching football in 99 so my list is more recent.

I thought drafting Deuce was a misstake since we allready had Williams.

I thought Sullivan would tear it up in the middle and not at the buffet table...

I thought Aaron Brooks would get cut earlier.

I thought Meachem would be a superstar for us.

I didn't think Jahri Evans would amount to much...

1) I thought the Bush Tax Cuts wouldn't cause historic levels of poverty in the (now former) middle class

2) I thought that the Euro was a good idea in principle

3) I thought Limbo and Purgatory were real, not inventions to extort money from the congregation

4) I thought Archie's mullet haircut was cool

5) I thought sports was about winning, not about profits.

6) For 43 years, I thought the Saints franchise was the NFL's punching bag

Totally agreed on this one. Not because of the surgery, but because I used to over-value draft talent. I realize now its a gamble at almost every pick. But I was on the Leinart wagon the whole way.
