this is a discussion within the Saints Community Forum; I think the Rooney Rule makes as much sense as having a Jeremy Lin rule to ensure enough Asians are in the NBA. Folks with credentials should be hired on the basis of what they bring to the table, and ...

Folks with credentials should be hired on the basis of what they bring to the table, and how they will HELP the company/entity achieve their objectives (and profitability). There... I said it! >
