Cooking, Grilling in the warehouse...

Will start a chicken stew with pinot grigio (comfort food)...

Isaac has overstayed his welcome and needs to move on...

Moving about 5-7 mph...

I can look out 10 miles out either direction and see the eye wall action...

Not as bad as early morning...

Nope, they "blow." (ba dum bum) I got a million of 'em ...

Strangely, still have power in Gonzales as of 3 PM. Just watching it rain, rain, rain. Ready for Isaac to move along already.

Mostly power outages. Lots of wind blowing.
Trouble has been in the outlying areas. New Orleans has a 100 year flood barrier built around it. Largest project in Corp of Engineers history.
Outlying areas are still prone to flooding and broken levees as they haven't been fully addressed.
