If he has something left I think he's worth bringing in. From my understanding he isn't sure he wants to play anymore and further than that he might still be hurt

I met the dude last year. He's a great guy and one hell of a player. From what he told me the cartilage in his knee is pretty much nonexistent. I hope somebody picks him up.

Cooley is a cool guy and a very solid receiving TE. Thomas brings so much more versatility as an all around TE/H-back so he is a keeper for sure. Cooley is more of just a big bodied WR. Kinda Aaron Hernandez like. Might be cool in a 2-TE package. If we have the roster availability I like the idea.

Injury problems. Might have some gas left, but a team can't count on him for 16 games.

Probably not...but reminds me of a joke.

A man walks into a bar with his dog and they both take a seat at the bar. The bartender politely informs the man that he can't bring his dog in, but the man informs him that this is no ordinary dog...this is a talkling dog!

The bartender calls BS, and tells the man to make him talk. The man asks the dog, "What's on the outside of a tree?" The dog replies, "Bark! Bark!"

The bartender says, "Any dog can say that...ask him another question!"

The man asks the dog, "What's on top of the house?" The dog replies, "Roof! Roof!"

Once again the bartender is not impressed. He says, "Let me ask him a question. Who was the 20th president of the USA?"

The dog responds, "Grrrrr....errrrrr.....Coolidge?"

He will be back in DC, rumor has it he will re-sign with a pay cut. Rather pick up Joey Haynos the kid that played in Miami great hands and a massive blocker 6ft 8in 270 pounds. Currently with the Titans but looks like they are putting him back out on the wire. The Titans are deep in TE's.
