After listening to the guys on NFL Network, I don't like what I hear. The ball is back in Rogers hands, all he has to say is that the suspensions fit the detrimental activity term and he can reinstate the suspensions...
It hasn't taken any of his power away, unless I misunderstood... |

 Something else just came out....The appeals decision basically threw this back to Der Kommisar. Der Kommisar could determine the punishments were based on "conduct detrimental" and hand out the same suspensions. Judge could thow the appeal board's decision out - Completely vacating the suspensions based on "an unfair process". Don't think everything is over...
