Something else just came out....

The appeals decision basically threw this back to Der Kommisar.

Der Kommisar could determine the punishments were based on "conduct detrimental" and hand out the same suspensions.

Judge could thow the appeal board's decision out - Completely vacating the suspensions based on "an unfair process".

Don't think everything is over...

This is far from over but until Da Comish can come up with some more legal BS that he pulls out of his rear, Smith and Vilma are back ..... eat dat Goddell

He has to prove that there was intent to injure. We're back to that - which is what's it been all along, and up to now he has be unwilling (more likely unable) to produce any evidence to prove it.

It gets interesting now for sure (not that it wasn't already). Roger is GOING TO HAVE to produce this mystery evidence OR he's going to have to eat a great big turd burger and shut the hell up.
