I think his neck got bigger over the offseason and it has made him even worse in pass coverage.

Oh yeah. I blame the defense. We couldn't stop a rookie QB all day. I'm not saying the offense didn't suck, because clearly it did, but how many points did we surrender? Our defense sucks raccoon balls.
