I feel for Kromer.
On the one hand, he has to be a HC and should be getting in players faces, kinda being a d*ck about stuff to keep everyone on the edge But on the other hand, he will be having to work with these people in the very near future and he can't risk ruining the relationships/trust that he has fostered thus far. Its a very un-enviable position, because no matter what he does he'll be letting either the players/coaches down for being too intense, or letting the fans down for not being intense enough. Sucks for him because it also hurts his chances of getting a HCing gig AFTER this because, let's face it, if YOU were looking for a new HC and saw what he looked like on the sidelines on Sunday, would you hire him? |
