The Coin Flip: Which 0-1 Contender is Under More Pressure
In this week’s Coin Flip we tackle the mental side of the NFL game, asking which team is under more pressure heading into Week 2: The Green Bay Packers or New Orleans Saints. After a stunning home loss to the 49ers in Week 1, are the Packers still reeling from last year’s playoff failure? Or have the Saints lost all hope following the “Bounty-Gate” scandal that made headlines throughout the offseason? We debate below.

This is typical good cop bad cop routine. Should the Saints stumble & fall it will be because of the absence of Payton. What would the excuse be for the Packers?
Sorry! It's still too early to even think our season is over after 1 game. |

I agree that it is too early to think our season is over after this one loss.
However, if the Saints lose to Carolina, that would give the Saints a loss in the division & conference. |

Re: The Coin Flip: Which 0-1 Contender is Under More Pressure
Yea its early, but if anyone is under pressure its us. The Packers lost to a team that could very well be the best team in the NFC this year, we lost to an inferior team with a rookie QB, at home. We face a division rival and as WD said a conference loss and a division loss back to back is a pretty damn depressing way to start the god dammed season.
