this is a discussion within the Saints Community Forum; we dont have any Mike strahans or justin tucks on this D....cant stop the run on the outside, or the inside....MAJOR MAJOR pissed off right now...still love my boys, FUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUCCCCCK man!!!!...

This is looking like it's going to be a real long season. The defense is as bad as I've ever seen. The lack of pass rush is ridiculous. This is really the cause of the rest of our problems on defense, can't expect any DB to cover for 5+ seconds every down. I'm going to hold out the slightest bit of hope that maybe the run option offense is our kryptonite and we'll fare better against more traditional offenses. If not, our pass rushing woes may be solved by a high draft pick (Jarvis Jones, cough cough).

Well, we played the two most elusive QB's in the world. We only play 1 more QB with that kind of maneuverability over the next 14 games.

How many running QBs do we have left?
That possibility seems to really put our D in a funk... We stop the Offense until the QB holds it for longer than 3s or keeps it and runs. We have faced two QBs that are very dynamic. |
