Re: Our Defense
It all starts with rushing the passer and we simply can`t do that. I hope to see some more Wilson and Galette! Bunkley is the lone bright spot, with Cam Jordan getting better, but still not creating any pressure at all.

He may not be the 2nd coming of Ronnie Lott, but he is absolutely serviceable as a SS. I think all the D woes are a result of undoing the Blitz First mindset instilled by Gregg Williams. Give it until game five and I would guess we're going to see a vast improvement to what we see now. Now excuse me while I watch replays of the last two weeks and puke... ::puke:: |
Re: Our Defense
It's not time to hit the panic button quite yet, although I hit it a few times during the Panthers game.
If we lose to the Chiefs though, Saints = Aints. |

Re: Our Defense
I never knew that when Hawthorne and Lofton were brought in, it was to play DT. The line is continuously moving backwards into the LB's... It's not a scheme issue. I think it's a heart issue. They are getting beat by O lines that want it more.
