this is a discussion within the Saints Community Forum; Anybody who says that the replacement officials aren't affecting the outcome of the games needs to talk to Jake Locker and the Titans -- who separated his shoulder making a tackle, on a fumble return that was not a fumble ...

Re: Is Officiating this season ruining the NFL?

Anybody who says that the replacement officials aren't affecting the outcome of the games needs to talk to Jake Locker and the Titans -- who separated his shoulder making a tackle, on a fumble return that was not a fumble and should have been blown dead long before his injury. Locker left the game with his injury and the Titans went on to lose. He is wearing a brace now because of it. That play was an OBVIOUS incomplete pass and should have never been happening. Fairly serious injury.... So much for player safety.
