I agree with that, but the fact remains it really appears to be "evidence" to prove a perspective rather than to determine the truth.

If that information was available prior to ANY suspension being handed out why would there be a date on 09/14/2012 on any document.

Evidently the league may not have completed a thorough investigation or a statement like the one provided would have been part of the initial information given to the players.

This appearance of "NEW" evidence after the public statements made by Der Kommisar may be introduced into court and accepted by Judge Berrigan, but I for one question the document.

Until Williams takes the stand in the court I would question any released statement released by the league supposedly coming from him. There has been enough talk about the league "silencing" the coaches.

Bergman is going to torch the league and throw out everything. Watch....

She already alluded to an unfair process by Goddell and te players being punished before the investigation was

At this point what does it matter, Vilma is no help to the Saints. IMO its a distraction they just don't need right now, he's injured and can't play anyway and I don't know how much good he would be anyway.
I wish this whole ugly thing would just go away

I actually think the defense could use Vilmas leadership right now.

also remember Vitt & others signed a sworn affidavit stating that Vilma had not done anything like that. Therefore the issue is still not resoved.
Gregg Williams has left us with a mess.
