you make an excellent point. the reason for the harsh punishments is they were told by the nfl they had information about a bounty program and for them to cease and desist immediately. so what we should be seeing is evidence of it going into the 2010 season. although as vehemently as vilma denies his participation i certainly hope it is not just based on a technicality.
