Goodell knew what he was doing in this bounty gate (read this)

Whats the best way to keep the Saints from making the playoffs or SB?

take out the defenses best players (Will Smith and Vilma), Suspend Payton all season long which was not called for, take out Joe Vitt who probably has as much knowledge and fire as Payton, take him out for 6 games (but lets analyze those 6 games a little more to in a min)

Result?

0-3 start so far, but look at the teams we lose to.

KC, Wash, and Carolina, we have given all 3 of those teams the only win of their season.

If I wanted to completely screw over a team, knowing Joe Vitt or any significant coach is gone for first half of the season or close to it, I would make sure they have mediocre teams lined up due to all the problems in the coaching department......

So what do we see the first few games?

Wash, Car, KC, SD, and TB, while the Packers is in there as being the only legit team of that bunch.

Now look when Vitt comes back, you get:

Denver, Philly, and Atlanta all in a row.

then its Oakland, Atlanta, San Fran, and NY. With Oakland possibly being the only illegit team of that bunch.

Then its Tampa, Dallas, and Carolina. Which those 3 teams may not be much threat to anyone anyway.

But Goodell has set the Saints up to fail big time. Because the schedule is pretty brutal the moment Vitt gets back, Goodell and his cronies obviously knew handing over the keys to Kromer or Carmichael would do this, perhaps the Saints reasons for waiting so long to name a Interim Interim Coach in place of Vitt was to play chess with Goodell?

He also furthered that agenda by getting replacement referees, some of which that came from Lingerie Football leagues, their influence in these games has pretty much turned the entire NFL upside down, not just the Saints.

You seeing teams like the Cardinals go 3-0, Falcons 3-0, Vikings set at 2-1, Cowboys and Eagles both 2-1, Bengals 2-1, Buffalo and NY Jets both are setting ahead of the Patriots.

Basically the good teams are losing, bad teams are winning.

You be surprised how much momentum shift officials have on this game even on the most simple calls to, which I think has been the case for alot of games this season.

While their is no doubt the Defense has been terrible, we dont know exactly what teams is getting away with either, Holding calls and that nature, But I can tell you even with the defense, the officials have pretty much determined the outcome of all 3 games this season when you go back and look at the film. That has impacted pts put on the Defense as well.

Their is no looking at this from another direction, Goodells intentions is becoming quite clear on what he wanted to do to the Saints this season.

Theirs even becoming a point to wondering if the Saints aint even intentionally tanking these games, **** sakes look at that KC game, once it was 24-6 Saints, the Saints just quit.

While that is the way the book is reading... I refuse to give Goodell any credit for intelligent scheming.

Yeah I know I feel that way to.

But I am more into thinking perhaps one of his cronies or friends cooked it up for him.

Someone who may know the Saints......like that snitch.

For a conspiracy this deep it takes a level of obsessiveness that borderlines sickness to plan and execute.. a level that not everyone is capable of. It can be done but usually take a table with many chairs, alcohol, and lots of free time.

So I have heard LOL

Makes you wonder what the scandal will be this offseason... It seems like every offseason since Payton got here it has been something!

I dont think anything will come up this offseason, all of this came up this off season because of the SB being played in N.O.

You just have to try and figure out Goodell and what the NFL wants in that dome in January.

The reason why he wants them there. Way Baltimore and San Fran can get there way in these games with no repercussion, I think I found the answer.

I think they would have to rig things up pretty damn bad for the Jets to make it.

I think its easy for Habaughs to make it because they get by with anything and everything in these games.

I can easily see the NFL getting these 2 into the SB.

Goodell knew exactly that the year-long suspension of Payton would cripple the Saints this year, and may have long-lasting reprecussions.
