Well the only problem I see is if you suspend Rex Ryan The Jets might actually have a winning season...

It's a team from NY, they could kill someone on the field and Goddell would turn a blind eye to it.

The difference is he announced it. Apparently the loop hole is once you make it public knowledge it is ok, if its in the locker room to fire a defense up like normally it is a huuuuuge mistake
