ahh i remember way back when so many here were just wee little pups or just a glimmer in their parents eyes. We saints fans were sitting in the dome cheering on the paper airplanes.

how about the time espn gave saints fans the crown for the most knowledgeable fans in football when it came to special teams? Thats all we had was a punter. oh those were the days. oh by the way the coffin corner kick is the most deadly weapon a punter can have. shame it is a lost art

oh baby us old dogs can go on and on and on.

I'm 22 and I remember heartbreak. I wasn't there for the early years, but I've felt the pain.

I've been a season ticket holder for 12 consecutive years..and prior to that I bought them occasionally, so I may have been a season tix holder for around 15 or more years total...

..and even learned a few things about football in those many years. contrary to what coach mora said..Some of us DO know what we're talking about...and not just the older fans..lots of younger fans also know what they're talking about, too.
The point is, bad football is bad football..rose colored glasses..sugar coated excuses and "if only..." just doesn't cut it.

I'm 47 and have endured some absolutely horrible Saint teams over the years, at some point I thought they would never win consistently. These past few years have just been great, damn near unbelievable for me.
Are some fans spoiled to all the success as of the past few years probably yes but for the older guys, I can only say it's been a dream come true.
Don't forget about the bag days
